Description: If you look carefully, there is a mystery about "Toeboy". The city has 11 arcos, with a total population of 588,000, out of a total city population of 955k. That leaves about 367,000 regular simizens. Now it might be possible to build a city with 367K sims, without arcos, but this city isn't it (my guess is that the real number hould be around 100,000). My guess is that there are four or more hidden arcos in the city somewhere. But where are they?

Description: This is a city on two levels. Top level has no road or rail. It is 100% subway. There is a HUGE water-fall with SC2000 written in hydro-pumps. It has the looongest and skinniest airport you will ever see. A wall of Darcos cutting through the length of the upper city surrounded by police stations to hold back the crime the flows from having so many Arcos in one place.
