Description: According to the note from Mayor Keith Donnely, this is his
first city (though I notice that he's using the fund cheat: pretty clever
to figure that out on your first try, Keith). There's some good stuff, here,
for a first attempt. There is a nice landscaped hill, centered in a snall
lake, with Mayor Donnely's statue on it. The city has some well designed
zoning that has induced the sims to build some large 3x3 connercial and
residential buidings.

Description: An unfinished city, mostly consiteing of a large number of
arcos. Take away the arcos and the population of the city is only about
60,000. The city does have an extremely well developed system of mass
transit. I really don't know what you could do to finish it up though.

Description: This city has an example of the socalled "Good Monster", sewing
wind turbines throughout the city (would you think it was good if a huge
space alien blew up your house and put a wind turbine there?). Where are the
guys from ID4 when you need them?
To be honest, though, the city will be better off after a good bout of
destruction. The mayor's rating was only 55%. This was the result of
haphazrd zoning. The city features a large hydro-heap, but little else of any
interest.
(Note: this is exactly the asme city as that in the file kindmon2.sc2, except
that the monster in kindmon2 puts down water instead of wind turbines.)

Description: This is precisely the same city as in the file Kindmon1.sc2,
except that the monster puts down water, instead of windmills. Other than
the monster the city is exceptionally uninteresting. One speculates that
the alien, rather than probing Earthlings, is in fact investigating what sort
of beings could build large and complicated cities, but lack any appreciation
for aesthetics whatsoever. Can they really be termed intelligent?
