Description: Angelo seems very concerned that his sims are well educated, healthy, crime-free and protected from fire because he has a nice spread of libraries, schools, hospitals, police and fire stations. Angelo likes to place hydro plants on rocky hills giving creating a real cool looking choppy hill. His road and subway system is very twisty just like complex system of canals that creep through this city. No shortage of bridges here! There is a long island dedicated to an airport with a long landing field. He must be expecting the Space Shuttle or the Concord. One strange thing Angelo did is line up single road tiles on a single tile hillsides. It must trick the sims into moving into those zones around the road tiles. It sure looks weird though. Angelo says: "The only cheating I did was the artificial terraform."
