Description: The city of Utopia is set on a series of plateaus, each 300 feet higher than the other, with a river running down the middle of the whole arrangement (basically like someone spilled some water and it's flowing down a set of stairs). The setting is spectacular and the city architect, Stephen Westrich puts it to good use. His placement of 3x3 zones on the edges of the "steps" results in some striking areas of high density commercial growth, along the hillsides. He also has done some interesting work with the airport. And you have to love the suspension bridges. In a startling ommision, the city does not have a Llama- Dome: download Utopia and put the finishing touch on an excellent city.
