Description: Paradise Falls is a designed city. It consists of 32x32 square
blocks (Mini-cities), I assume the result of dividing 128 by 4. Each block
has an identical terrain, with most of the slanted surfaces covered by
waterfalls. The city has a large number of daring visual elements, some of
which work, others of which don't (check out the llama dome).
Unfortunately, the city has some serious technical problems. Somehow
the terrain the city is built on has no water table. None. So no matter
how far down you dig you can never hit water, you can only cover the tiles
with the water tool. This means that you can't have docks on the seaport
(you'll notive a very large "warehouse district"). The water system is very
inefficient, with many of the pumps under 10k gallons. A very good concept,
spoiled by flawed execution (but there are some ideas you might like to
steal: I've already got mine).
