Description: The cities outstanding feature is a 400 foot tall Hydroelectic pyramid, in the center of the city. Together with solar, and wind powered generation this suplies the city with power in an environmentally correect fashion. Depsite this the city has an lackluster 24 polution score. Although, the city has a high population due to arcos, the zoning scheme , which is based on long 6-wide strips, does not produce much density. The water pump system is very inefficient. The is a very nice blossom style port.

Description: Really two notable things about an otherwise unremarkable city. First, a nice big hydro-heap in the middle of the city, with 384 generators. And secondly, an incredibly, inefficient system of 1051 water pumps. Which means that nearly 10 of the city is taken up by power generation and water supply. Of course, if you don't have any ideas for filling up the rest of the city I guess it doesn't matter.
