- A broad view of financial products, services, and solutions
- At least five years of experience with mid-sized to large corporate clients
- A history of industry engagement as evidenced by benefits conference attendance
- Professional designations such as PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
- Successful completion of the panel assessment by key Bank of America Merrill Lynch leaders.
