MAKEPAGE: version 0.4
DESCRIPTION: Creates a web page from a text file
SYNTAX: MAKEPAGE <file.txt> <outdir> <head.txt> <foot.txt>
EXAMPLES: MAKEPAGE *.txt outdir
          MAKEPAGE start.txt outdir head.htm foot.htm
          MAKEPAGE x*.txt outdir head.txt foot.txt
NOTE 1: <file.txt>  the text file you want converted to an html file
                    name it .htm because the output file will be the same name
        <outdir>    the directory you want the output file to go
        <head.txt>  the text file containing the desired html header (optional)
        <foot.txt>  the text file containing the desired html footer (optional)
NOTE 2: The way it works:
        It searches for http://domain.com/path/foo.htm and
        surrounds it with <A HREF="">
        Valid characters in link are a-z A-Z 0-9 / : . - ~
        It places a <P> on every blank line
        It places <BR> at the end of each line.
NOTE 3: Only handles one link per line
NOTE 4: If you don't specify a header and footer, a default will be provided
This version of MAKEPAGE is freeware which means you can
distribute it freely.
