Here is a list of the all 36 cities turned in for the ClubOpolis Contest #5: 140 Arcos.
Since all 36 cities zip up to a file 1.3 MB's, I'm sending you a sub-set of the cities.
Please download the cities and examine the city size found in the Neighbor Window.
Double-check it with the value in the Graph Window for City-Size. The graph window will
show city-size to the nearest 1000th.  It's the value in the Neighbor windows that counts.
It's easy to confuse a 3 with an 8 so be careful.  Most cities fall in the 9 million+ range.  
I will try to make sure that all cities are in Pause-Mode.  
If you find a city that isn't in Pause mode, re-load it
and pause it *before* it ages a month since the city-size changes month-to-month.

Please do the following:

  1. export this file to disk
  2. examine the cities for city-size
  3. fill in the city size for the cities you receive.
     Please keep the commas in place as well 
     as the leading zeros.
  4. import this file after you are done editing it
     and e-mail it back to me.

If you think any cities deserve "honorable mention" for any reason,
please include that when you e-mail me back the results.
