Description: The big attraction of Nessie3 is a very good capture of Nessie,
just sticking His/her head out of the water (and well marked by a sign). In
addition the city has some interesting features, though the irregular nature
of much of the transportation system holds down density.
The city is entirely powered by Hydro, but without the normal Hydro-heap.
Instead the architect created several small 100 foot high plateaus, which
are surrounded by hydro-electric plants. In the middle of the city, you can
see one of these plateaus, which has been turned into a tower park. The city
also has a very nice peninsular harbor, which has been crossed by a wide
variety of bridges.

Description: The mayor of New York is unaccountably modest, as he has
manipulated the city readings to give himself a rating of zero. You can
easily tell from this that New York is not a model of the real thing.
Besides fraudulent readings, interesting things about New York City,
are an incredibly overdeveloped water system, and a power system that
delivers 2 1/2 times more power than the city needs even though the
city spends $33K a year on power conservation! Also on one edge of the
doard there is a neat (Graphically) arrangement of railroad tracks. The city
also has a massive subway sustem that doesn't seem to get many customers.

Description: New York City has a huge water system, well developed
mass transit and some nice cityscaping features. There is a large park
around the llama dome that looks particularly inviting.

Description: Atlantis seems pretty bland, which is to say Un-Atlantis like,
as first glance. It's worth a second look though. Behind the largest group
of arcos threre are two traped airplanes. And the city gets nearly 10% of
the non-arco population to take mass transit.
The most interesting feature is the zoning pattern. The city is
comprised of long 6 wide strips (rather attractive if you turn the buildings
off). Thw inner strips are all high density residential and commercial, but
as the city precedes outward the mix turns toward low-density and indistrial.
I'm not really sure what the point is, but it is different.
